We're in the Middle of a Recession, Time to Get Crafty

I was out shopping for my sister in law Jill's birthday a few weeks ago and saw these super cute frames that had 2 coordinating bows and a blingy thing in the middle. After I came-to from passing out at the price, I quickly decided I could make one myself. So I did, and here is the result. And no, that isn't my new husband or daughter in the picture.
