Swimming is just not going to be her Olympic sport

She may not be the next Michael Phelps, mainly due to the lack of anatomy, but I have resigned myself to the fact that swimming might not be Amelia's "thing." I think we are being kicked out of swim classes next Friday. I am just going to blame it on pure stubbornness--the girl refuses to kick her legs. Kind of a crucial part in the swimming process. Her teacher told me today that she just feels like she can't get Amelia to swim. She is a champ at floating on her back (which she couldn't do 5 weeks ago), so all in all I feel comfortable saying that if she were to fall in the pool she would be able to float and not drown.
